Peter White has contributed to Outboard Troubleshooter as an author. Peter White runs Seafever International Ltd, a mobile teaching unit for powerboat training in the UK and abroad. He is an expert in boat handling in all conditions, but his main love is training beginners. In addition he regularly trains instructors and runs course for Harbourmasters, the Police, Fire Brigade and Environmental Health staff. He is responsible for Honda (UK) marine training, and is a member of the Academy of Experts.
