Hempel’s Degreaser

Degreaser is used for the removal of all surface contaminants,especially wax or silicone on new gelcoat, before any coating. Do not use on single pack conventional paint systems as the solvents in the Degreaser can damage the coating. Degreasing should be carried out in a well ventilated area using a clean absorbent, lint free, cloth soaked in Degreaser. Using the soaked cloth in a circular motion, changing the cloth surface before the next section – wear solvent resistant gloves and eye protection while doing this. Excess Degreaser should be wiped from the surface using a new dry cloth.
