The RS150 GPS is a high performance, 72-channel, remotely mounted GPS sensor for Raymarine navigation systems. The RS150 offers fast 10Hz position updates and enhanced accuracy. The RS150 is also a GNSS receiver and supports the GLONASS global navigation satellite system.

Features

  • 72-channel GPS receiver
  • Fast 10Hz position updates
  • Satellite differential GPS-compatible. Space-Based Augmentation System (SBAS) enabled with WASS, EGNOS, MSAS and GAGAN support
  • A GNSS receiver with GLONASS compatibility
  • Low power consumption: 30mA (1 LEN)
  • SeaTalkng and NMEA2000 compatible (using a device net adapter cable)
  • Designed for low profile surface mounting or optional pole mounting

Do I need an RS150 GPS for My Raymarine Multifunction Display?

Display   Do you require an external GPS antenna or GPS sensor?
aSeries, cSeries, eSeries and eS Series MFD with integral GPS   Typically, you do not require an external GPS because your multifunction display incorporates an integrated GPS receiver. However there are some circumstances when you may require an external GPS antenna or sensor – for example within a steel wheelhouse where the multifunction display will not receive GPS signals. The optional GA150 remote GPS antenna and the RS150 GPS can be used with the following multifunction displays when an external sensor is required: aSeries (a95, a97, a98, a125, a127, a128), eS Series (eS75, eS78), all legacy C series and E series.

gS Series MFD   gS Series systems require a Raymarine RS150 GPS external sensor as part of the network.

Legacy E Series Widescreen (E90W, E120W, E140W)   The E Series widescreen displays do not have an integrated GPS and can use the RS150 external sensor as part of the network.

Legacy C Series Classic (C80, C120), E Series Classic (E80, E120)   Raymarine classic multifunction displays require a SeaTalk1 to SeaTalkng converter to connect an RS150.
