Butyl Sealant Tape

Butyl tape is a soft malleable material for creating a waterproof joint when bedding, fixing and securing deck fittings, mast fittings or windows. Use wherever a waterproof seal is required between two surfaces, suitable for sealing fibreglass, metal, plastic, glass etc.
Simply cut to required length & position tape around the perimeter of the fitting, fixing bolts or screws, press lightly into position & remove protective release paper. Tighten fixings to secure your fitting & remove surplus Butyl.
