Ground plates are designed and produced in very pure bronze micro-balls, 90/10. Its dimensions ensure the maximum surface area and limit blockages caused by the sea. The particular conical tightening screws, in 90/10 bronze, fit into the conical rings inserted in the ground plate, and avoid water infiltration and oxidation in the contact point and increase the efficiency and duration of the system. PLACES OF MASA are designed and produced with 90/10 bronze microfibres, their dimensions offer the maximum surface area limiting the obstructions of marine encrustations. The special wire thread, made of 90/10 bronze, is designed in a cone shape and this shape prevents any infiltration of water or oxidation at the contact point. This increases the efficiency of the

Measurements

Instructions for a correct mounting and long lasting of groundplate:

1. Drill the necessary number of holes with a 5.7mm drill point using the plate as die.
2. On wood hulls, insert fibreglass plate between groundplate and hull to prevent galvanic corrosion. Plastic blocks not needed.
3. On fibreglass hulls, insert the plastic blocks in the inside of the hull, complete tour mounting with washer and bolt and tighten.
4. Never paint groundplate. Use metal brush to clean it.
