Groco Bronze In-Line Ball Valve

Manufactured from solid bronze, the IBV Series female BSPP (British Standard Pipe Parallel) thread ball-type seacock IS ISO-9093-1 is an in-line full flow valve that includes one grease zerk fitting (models over 1 1/4 inch size) that can be used for lubrication or for draining, easing maintenance and reducing servicing costs. The ball is made from chrome plated solid brass and is not a hollow ball.

A unique patented handle allows the operator to select left or right rotation simplifying installation in tight spaces. In addition the handle incorporates a square hole to accept a ratchet that can assist operation in hard-to-reach locations or releasing a difficult to operate valve.

The is 400 WOG rated and comes complete with PTFE seats and seals and bonding attachment.

When using an IBV Series BSPP Thread Valve as a seacock add the Groco Flanged Adaptors and a Thru Hull Fitting for best installation.
