WEST SYSTEM 105 Epoxy Resin and Hardeners make up a versatile epoxy system that can be used for everything from basic, long-lasting repairs to the construction of high-performance composites. When blended at the appropriate mix ratio, WEST SYSTEM Epoxy Resin and Hardeners will cure to a high-strength plastic solid at 72°F (22°C). The resulting plastic adheres tenaciously to a wide range of materials including woods, fiberglass and other reinforcing materials, and metals.
Mixing ratio 5:1 with an optional pump set for accurate and easy preparation.
Pot life (100g at 22.2ºC / 72°F) 9 to 12 minutes
Working time, thin film* 60 to 70 minutes
Cure to a solid, thin film* 6 to 8 hours
Cure to working strength 1 to 4 days
Minimum recommended temperature 4°C / 40°F
*Epoxy cures faster at higher temperatures and in thicker applications.
