AquaMarine Teak Protector 1L

AquaMarine Teak Protector maintains the original light brown colour of teak for longer. It provides this finish for up to 4 times longer than teak oil and up to twice as long as teak sealers. Being 100% water based, it is environment friendly. AquaMaine Teak Protector is not an oil and is not greasy making for an easy, fast and clean application process. It is resistant to mould and prevents black spots on the teak.
Average coverage for 1 litre bottle is 10m².

Before using AquaMarine Teak Protector mask/cover other materials in close proximity to the teak.
If applying to brand new teak, clean first or allow to weather 2/3 weeks.
Please carry out a test patch on a small area to judge if colour is suitable.
If previously treated with AquaMarine Teak Protector, first clean with AquaMarine Teak Care System prior to re-application.
Grey/dirty teak or teak treated with oil must first be cleaned using AquaMarine Teak Care System.
Once cleaned, if the teak feels rough, sand lightly before treating with AquaMarine Teak Protector. Make sure the teak is 100% dry and free of dust.
Shake and stir Aqua Marine Teak Protector for at least a minute before use. Insufficient shaking can lead to uneven colour coverage.
Apply a very thin layer of AquaMarine Teak Protector evenly over the teak with a dust free cloth. Apply second coat after 30 minutes drying.
It is recommended that you treat your teak with AquaMarine Teak Protector at least once per year. Apply between 5° & 30°C.
